We guide and support clients in establishing the case for change and in flushing out the costs, benefits, risks and other considerations to build a business case for the required solution.

For ERP, we have extensive experience with SAP and most recently S/4HANA readiness assessment, implementation & support - particularly in the FICO, PPM, Project Systems and Enterprise Asset Management areas.
